Sample Recipe — In a measuring cup, place 1/8 cup barbecue, 1/8 cup water, 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Pour the solution over 1 pound of meat and mix thoroughly. 1 pound of meat mixture makes five patties. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven or until done. Pan frying is not recommended due to the sugar in the barbecue sauce burning. Grilling over coal works fine.
