NOZZLE D Log nozzle for extruding summer sausage, etc. 1.0625″ diameter — meat must be cooked to internal temperature of 179 degrees Fahrenheit.  Do not dehydrate.

NOZZLE E Log nozzle for extruding large snack sticks 5/8″ diameter — meat must be cooked to internal temperature of 179 degrees Fahrenheit.  Do not dehydrate.
